Trash pickup is included in your Homeowner Association Dues. GFL - Green For Life is our community provider. Pickup is every Friday Morning. Typically before 10:00am. Trash may be set out Thursday night after 6:00pm. All bins should be kept inside homeowner's garage and stowed away prior to Saturday morning. This helps to keep the critters from making a mess in the neighborhood. There are additional charges for the large recycle bin and yard waste. Call GFL at 844-464-3587 for more information.
Homeowner's Association Dues are $225 per quarter. Dues are payable to RTI Property Management.
